• Digital Marketplace & Purchases: When purchasing digital products or source code packages, we collect your name, email address, optional contact telephone, and billing address. We also record order metadata, purchase items, and unique transaction reference identifiers provided by our payment gateway.
• Newsletter & Community Subscriptions: When subscribing to the DEWizards developer dispatch, we collect and store your email address along with registration timestamps and opt-in source markers.
• Inquiries & Contact Submissions: When reaching out through our contact forms, we collect your name, email address, project requirements/message content, and anti-bot verification tokens (hCaptcha).
• Interactive Features & Blog Polls: When participating in interactive article polls or reading technical posts, your voting choice is recorded anonymously to update public aggregate counts. We store an anonymous local identifier in your browser's local storage (e.g., dewizards_voted_poll_*) to prevent duplicate submissions without profiling your identity.
• Security & Technical Telemetry: To defend against automated denial-of-service (DDoS) and bot attacks, our Netlify Edge infrastructure logs standard web server data, including IP addresses, browser user-agents, referral URLs, and access timestamps. We also issue a cryptographically signed HMAC visitor cookie (dewizards_vid) for anti-spam debounce verification.

2. Payment Processing & Commercial Invoices

All digital payments on DEWizards Solutions are handled exclusively by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway.

• No Raw Card Data Storage: We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, CVVs, debit card PINs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords on our servers. All financial credentials are transmitted directly and securely to Razorpay through end-to-end encrypted TLS tunnels.
• Order Invoicing: Following successful payment verification, our serverless backend generates a verifiable commercial tax invoice (featuring a sequential invoice number INV-YYYY-XXXX) which is supplied directly to the customer and accessible securely using their unique order identifier.

3. Newsletter & Email Communications

We operate an opt-in newsletter delivering engineering tutorials, release announcements, open-source highlights, and product updates. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against spam.

• Your email address is stored securely in our database and will never be sold, rented, leased, or traded to third-party data brokers.
• You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link contained within any email broadcast, or by contacting us directly at debojeet-bhowmick@dewizards.com for immediate permanent removal from our subscriber registry.

4. Cookies, Local Storage & Anti-Bot Protection

We use essential functional cookies, browser web storage, and third-party security utilities to maintain website integrity and functionality:

• Essential Storage & Preferences: We use browser localStorage to remember your theme preference (dewizards_theme), hold digital items currently added to your shopping cart (dewizards_cart), save recent order references for instant invoice lookup (dewizards_saved_orders), and prevent multiple voting on blog polls (dewizards_voted_poll_*).
• Security Cookie: A signed, tamper-resistant HTTP cookie (dewizards_vid) is issued to prevent automated spam and high-frequency bot requests.
• hCaptcha Bot Defense: We employ hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) to protect our forms from spam and automated bots. The verification process assesses interaction signals in accordance with hCaptcha's Privacy Policy.
• Cookieless Analytics (Umami): We utilize a privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics solution (Umami Analytics) to understand aggregated traffic patterns without tracking individuals across sites or creating personal profiles.

5. Google AdSense & Advertising Cookies

Google is a third-party vendor on our site. Google uses cookies, including DART cookies, to serve relevant advertisements to visitors based on visits to www.dewizards.com and other websites across the internet. Visitors may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

6. Data Security & Storage Architecture

We take data security seriously. All network transmissions are protected using modern TLS 1.3 encryption. Backend database persistence (Supabase) enforces strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies and parameterized queries to prevent SQL injection and unauthorized data exfiltration. Serverless administration APIs are safeguarded via cryptographically signed Bearer authentication tokens.
