This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds and order cancellations for products and services purchased through DEWizards Pvt. Ltd.

1. Digital Products (Source Code)

Due to the nature of digital products, **all sales of source code are final and non-refundable.**

Once a purchase is completed and the download link is provided or the code is delivered, we cannot offer a refund, as the product is digital and cannot be "returned." We encourage you to review all product descriptions and demos carefully before making a purchase.

2. Technical Issues

If you encounter technical issues with a purchased product, please contact us within **7 days of purchase**. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a fix. Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The product is fundamentally broken or does not match the description/demo.
  • We are unable to provide a fix or support for a verified technical defect.

3. Custom Services & Consultations

For custom development services or consultations:

  • Cancellations made before the start of the project may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the deposit.
  • Once work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel an order for services at any time. However, any work already performed will be billed accordingly. For digital products, cancellations are not possible once the payment is processed and the product is delivered.
